Audits – Associated Professional Services can assist
associations that require an audit to obtain bids from CPA’s and will prepare
all the financial records at the end of the fiscal year for the selected
auditor.
Income Tax Preparation – For associations that are not
audited, Associated Professional Services will prepare the annual federal and
state tax returns for a reasonable fee.
Budget Preparation – Associated Professional Services will
prepare a preliminary budget for associations upon request. Fees are based on
the size of the association and are very reasonable.
Reserve Studies – Reserve Studies are a legal requirement at
least every three years. Associated Professional Services can assist in
obtaining bids for a reserve study or Associated Professional Services can
prepare a reserve study update for a reasonable fee.
Investment Advice – Associated Professional Services can
assist associations in determining where to place their funds or refer
associations to professional association money managers.
Special Assessments – Associated Professional Services can
assist associations to determine how much or suggest options for a special
assessment and to assist in presenting these options to the members.
